The Lowly Little Strawberry and What Good Things They Can Do For Our Body!

The Strawberries – The 21st Century Superfood: Ok, for those of you that love Strawberries, I’ve some new important facts about it… Who can deny that Strawberry is one of the most delicious fruits in this world? Besides its cute appearances, it has more benefits you should know here!

For you information, Strawberries themselves have a range of nutrients, with vitamin C heading the group. Beside that, they also contain significant levels of phytonutrients and antioxidants, which fight free radicals (Thus, it’s one of the tough cancer fighter as well! )

Do you know that the antioxidant properties is the main causes that makes the strawberry bright red in color? (I used to put a Strawberry on my nose and pretended I’m a clown with big red nose when I was still a child!)

The Strawberries also to be known have the following nutrients:

Vitamin K,
Manganese,
Folic acid,
Potassium,
Riboflavin (Vitamin B2),
Pantothenic acid (Vitamin B5 ),
Pyridoxine (Vitamin B6 ),
Copper,
Magnesium, and

Can it be… something as small, sweet, and oh so good could be so good for you? Yes it can! I suffer from arthritis and in the spring and summer when I can get that red berry my joints don’t keep me from doing what I love to do.
